Tyrone goalkeeper Pascal McConnell should be fit for next Saturday's Bank of Ireland Ulster Senior Football Championship semi-final replay against Cavan in Clones.

McConnell suffered bruising to the sternum late in yesterday's drawn game but manager Mickey Harte is confident the Newtownstewart man will have recovered in time to take a full part in the clash.

Meanwhile, Cavan plan to appeal Paul Brady's sending off in yesterday's bad-tempered affair.

Brady saw red for stamping on Conor Gormley, however, television footage of the incident appears to show that cramp had hindered the half back's movement at the time.

A free from Michael Lyng eight minutes into injury-time earned the Breffni boys a 1-7 to 0-10 draw at St Tiernach's Park, with players from both sides having to be separated at the final whistle.
