Kildare have made a number of changes for Sunday's Leinster SFC semi-final against Laois.

Andrew McLoughlin returns after injury at left full-back, with James Lonergan switching over to the right corner and former All-Star Anthony Rainbow taking over the full-back berth.

In attack, Dermot Earley is selected at centre forward, with Derek McCormack moving to the right wing to the exclusion of Eamann Callaghan.

Ross Glavin who replaced Stuart Mackenzie-Smith at full forward during the Westmeath game retains the No 14 shirt.

Laois boss Mick O'Dwyer, meanwhile, welcomes back Brian 'Beano' McDonald at corner forward, following his long lay off with a broken leg.

Billy Sheehan gets the nod on the left wing, with Gary Kavanagh and Donie Brennan demoted to the subs.

Barry Brennan, who wasn't even on the bench against Offaly but who has apparently impressed in training, is surprisingly selected ahead of Ian Fitzgerald at centre forward.
