Leitrim's chances of springing an upset in Sunday's Bank of Ireland Connacht Senior Football Championship semi-final have been boosted by more injury news from the Galway camp.

Already without injured midfielder Joe Bergin and corner backs Richie Fahey and Clive Monaghan, star forward Pádraic Joyce is now considered a doubt for the game.

Joyce hasn't trained since injuring his ankles whilst in action for his club, Killererin, two weeks ago.

Sean Armstrong, though, is expected to recover from a dose of the mumps, which also afllicted Bergin, while Derek Savage should return to the Tribesmen's attack after he missed the win over New York.
