Three out for Derry but Muldoon, Lockhart return

Enda Muldoon - likely to cause Monaghan lots of problems on Sunday
Enda Muldoon - likely to cause Monaghan lots of problems on Sunday

Derry are without three of their regular starters for Sunday's Bank of Ireland Ulster Senior Football Championship clash against Monaghan in Clones.

Paul McFlynn (stomach muscle), Niall McCusker (pelvis) and Francis McEldowney (hamstring) are all ruled out, however, manager Mickey Moran welcomes back the experienced Seán Marty Lockhart and Enda Muldoon to his half-back and full-forward line respectively.

The pair missed Derry's Allianz National Football League Division Two semi-final defeat to Monaghan earlier this year due to injury.

Kevin McCloy, meanwhile, replaces McCusker in the full-back position.
