Armagh have been handed a timely boost with the news that Tony McEntee is set to return to training inside the next couple of weeks.
McEntee tore ligaments when playing with Crossmaglen against Portlaoise in the All-Ireland Club semi-final and has been receiving rehab treatment for the injury.
It is not expected he will be ready for the Ulster Championship opener with Fermanagh on May 15 but he should be back in action by June.
JP Donnelly, who has been sidelined with a hamstring injury, is also set to rejoin the Armagh training within the next few weeks.
