Attempts to reconcile the difficulties in Offaly football will begin tonight, as the first meeting takes place between the 'on strike' senior football panel and official mediator, Eugene McGee.
A further meeting will then take place tomorrow night
with the executive and the footballers.
Elsewhere, the newly crowned All-Ireland senior football
champions, Kerry, will play club side, An Ghaeltacht, in the GOAL challenge game under lights in Tralee at 7.30pm this evening.
