Tyrone have captain Brian Dooher back in their team for Sunday's Ulster football semi-final against Donegal.

Dooher missed the quarter-final win over Fermanagh due to an ankle injury, but has recovered and is named in his usual position at right-half forward.

Dooher's return allows Owen Mulligan to move inside to his familiar corner-forward berth, with Colm McCullagh losing out. Tyrone boss Mickey Harte has made only one other change to his starting XV from the last day, bringing Gerard Cavlan into midfield at the expense of Colin Holmes.

Among the substitutes is a certain Peter Canavan, and should last year's All-Ireland captain come off the bench in Clones it will be his first competitive appearance since lifting Sam Maguire last September.

Donegal are without the services of talented wing-back Kevin Cassidy, who suffered a knee injury in a club game. Shane Carr, who impressed as a substitute against Antrim, is named as his replacement.

Like their opponents, Donegal make only one other change from their previous outing, with Brian Roper taking his place at wing forward relegating Stephen McDermott to the bench. Roper was absent the last day due to a family bereavement.
