Billy Harty is the new manager of the Waterford senior football team with Peter Queally named as the new trainer. Harty, from the Ardmore club, will be assisted by Liam Dalton and Pat Curran.
Queally, a former dual star, recently quit the Waterford hurling panel. Queally, along with Brian Flannery and Brian Greene, refused to play under manager Justin McCarthy.
Meanwhile, John Mullane has been named as the Decies' Hurler of the Year while the Footballer of the Year award will be presented to Stradbally's Michael Walsh.
