Eamonn Barry, who has led Dunshaughlin to the last three county titles, says he will again challenge Sean Boylan for the post as manager to the Meath county football team. Boylan has held the post for 21 years.
Barry though might not now receive the same support from the Meath County Board he enjoyed last year after his brother clashed with the Board while managing the Meath juniors. Martin Barry angered the Board when he called them dictators and it seems highly unlikely that the delegates will now vote for Eamonn.
