Antrim have won the first points of the 2003 Allianz National Football League season with a 2-15 to 0-08 win over London in their Division 2A clash at Casement Park today.
Antrim scored a goal in either half, the first of which came in the 17th minute from midfielder Martin McCarry and the second coming five minutes from the end through Darren O'Hare. The man of the match was Antrim's centre half back Anto Finnegan.
Then this evening a rampant Cork team defeated Kerry 4-08 to 1-09.
