Dublin County final could go to replay

The Leinster Countil of the GAA have issued a statement saying that only one normal period of extra time will be played should the Dublin County Football final between St Vincents and UCD end level on Saturday. There had been speculation that the teams would play until a winner was found.

The Leinster Council, however, have now confirmed that the AIB Leinster Club match between the Dublin winners and Wicklow club, Rathnew, will be postponed one week should the Dublin final need a replay.

Elsewhere, Sixmilebridge are demanding that the Munster Council agree to playing the AIB Munster Club Championship semi-final game between themselves and Cork's Blackrock at their home ground, O'Garney Park.

The Munster Council, who have scheduled the game for Cusack Park in Ennis, will rule on the matter tomorrow.
