After just 12 months as manager of the Offaly senior Hurling team, Fr. Tom Fogarty has informed the Offaly County board officials that he does not wish to be considered for re-appointment.
Fr Fogarty feels that he is no longer in a position to give the job the necessary commitment due to pressure of other duties. The county board said that they will announce his successor in due course.
