Leinster duo set for second replay

Meath champions Dunshaughlin and Wicklow kingpins Rathnew will face another testing battle after failing to find a winner after extra-time in their Leinster Club Football quarter-final replay in Navan this afternoon. Rathnew came back from dead in the last minute of extra-time when Ronan Coffey fisted to the net to reduce the deficit to a point, and Trevor Doyle drew the sides level with a point in the dying seconds.

In the end the sides finished 0-16 to 2-10 and 14 players apiece after Dunshaughlin's Shane Terry and Leighton Glynn for Rathnew were both sent off in extra time.

Meanwhile, in the O'Byrne Cup Kildare beat Wicklow 1-10 to 0-07, Longford beat Offaly 2-08 to 1-07, Laois overcame Wexford 0-11 to 1-07 and Louth beat Westmeath 0-15 to 1-07.
