Fermanagh have become the latest Ulster county to vote against the removal of Rule 21. This decision comes ahead of the special congress on 17 November. Armagh and Derry have already voted against the removal of the controversial ban on members of the security forces from playing GAA. Donegal and Dublin voted in favour of its removal last night.
