Dr. Pat O'Neill, the last man to lead Dublin to an All-Ireland football title, has ruled out a return to the post in succession to Tommy Carr who was controversially removed earlier this month. O'Neill won the title with Dublin in 1995 but says he would find it hard now to give the type of commitment required for another run.
Nominations for the position close next Sunday with the management committee due to give their recommendation on November 5th.
