Galway have left a vacancy at left corner forward until Thursday in their team to face Kilkenny in Sunday's All Ireland Hurling semi-final at Croke Park. Darren O'Shaughnessy is the player not named, but the team is otherwise the same as the one that beat Derry in the quarter-final.
Kilkenny will wait until tomorrow evening before announcing their team, as will Tipperary and Wexford. Tipp selectors are hopeful that Paul Kelly and Brian O'Meara will both be fit. Wexford manager Tony Dempsey is optimistic that he will have a full squad to choose from.
Meanwhile, tickets for Sunday's match at Croke Park are already on sale from the GAA's website, www.gaa.ie. Tickets for Saturday's replay will go on sale on the website from tomorrow.
