Waterford's Anthony Condon has added to Ireland's run of wins at the London International Horse Show in Olympia when taking victory in the Ivy Stakes, riding Vincomte.
Speaking afterwards, Condon was somewhat surprised that he came out on top, when saying: "I didn't expect to win the class (his first ever at Olympia) when looking at the line up behind me. I said I'd try and jump a clear round on a horse that is still quite green to this level, but he jumped a brilliant, clear round and luckily that was enough to win.
"He was a little but green in the ring yesterday and was shying away from the sides, but today he was a lot more settled. He's such a good horse, he just needs more experience and he'll be a top class horse."
