A single pole down in the jump-off relegated Jessica Kurten to sixth place in the German Masters at Stuttgart, Germany tonight despite winning the earlier Masters Qualifier.

Riding Lady Georgina Forbes's eight-year-old chestnut mare Castle Forbes Cosma, the Irish rider was unable to match the superb double clear round from World No 1 Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum and the legendary Shutterfly, who captured the Masters trophy.

However, the 38-year-old Kurten collected €3,000 for her place,
adding to the €6,250 she picked up for her earlier Qualifier
victory on Quibell.

The Stuttgart Rolex World Cup Grand Prix takes place on Sunday
afternoon.
