In a star-studded field at Arezzo in Italy on Thursday evening Ireland's Jessica Kurten took a fourth place in the second competition of the day, the 1m50 jump-off.
Riding Lady Georgina Forbes's 12-year-old bay mare 'Castle Forbes Libertina', the 38-year-old German-based rider was one of eleven combinations through to the timed round, but finished just over two seconds behind Belgium's Ludo Philippaerts, who claimed the €6,250 euro first prize.
Earlier at the five-star Arezzo show, which is part of the Global Champions Tour, Kurten was seventh in the speed class with another Forbes mare, the eight year-old 'Castle Forbes Cosma'.
