There were no Irish riders in the winner's enclosure on the second day of international show jumping at the Failte Ireland Dublin Horse Show.

However, Tipperary's Shane Breen had a third place in the Speed Derby with Dorada, and the competition also saw Captain Shane Carey and Cian O'Connor both slotted into the top ten. Switzerland's Markus Fuchs won on Sylver II.

Edward Doyle took an impressive fourth place in the Two Phase Power and Speed competition with Utopia Vi't Hoogveld, with Cameron Hanley and SIEC Royal Star finishing eighth.

Belgium's Vincent Lambrecht had a comfortable win over Britain's Nick Skelton in this 1m50 competition.

The Aga Khan Trophy competition takes place at the RDS tomorrow afternoon.
