Honours in the largest class at the five star show in La Coruna on Sunday went to Ireland's Cian O'Connor, who won the
1m50 Two-Phase competition with Irish Independent Echo Beach.
O'Connor beat the Ukraine's Gregory Wathelet into runner-up position by just under a second.
Afterwards, the 27 year-old Meath-based rider said: 'This is the
mare's last competition of 2006, and she finished in grand style. I'm really pleased with her, and hope to have more days like this in 2007.'
