Jessica Kurten had her best result of the weekend so far when finishing fifth in the final of the Silver League Masters competition in Lanaken, Belgium on Sunday.

Riding her 12-year-old bay mare Quibell, Kurten was one of the
eleven riders who made the jump-off, and finished with a double clear round. But her time of 38.49 was not enough to challenge the supremacy of Brazilian winner, Olympic Champion Rodrigo Pessoa, who brought Cantate Z home just under two seconds faster.

Earlier, Kurten finished eighth in the final of the Bronze League
Masters with Jipey Dark, and is currently in prize money contention with Castle Forbes Libertina in Lanaken's last class of the day, the Gold League final of the Global Champions Tour.
