There was more disappointment for the Irish showjumpers at the Prince of Wales Nations Cup at Hickstead this afternoon.
The team of Cian O'Connor, Shane Breen, David Quigley and Denis Lynch could only finish fourth on a total of 45 faults.
The cup, competed for by eight nations, was won by Germany on 27 faults.
However, as the Netherlands finished third today, Ireland once again moves to the bottom of the Super League table with a total of 11.5 points.
The Netherlands have 12 points and Belgium 12.5 points.
