The 20-year-old beat Tyrone youngster Nathan Rafferty in the final.
Rafferty, who won two matches at the 2021 Grand Slam, also earned himself a card for the first time.
Tyrone’s Mickey Mansell and Down’s Kevin Burness won back their cards, also on the order of merit.
Fallon Sherrock and Lisa Ashton, who were the female qualifiers at the World Championship, both failed in their bids to get on the tour.
The five Irish players who qualified today join Daryl Gurney, Brendan Dolan, Steve Lennon, Willie O'Connor and Keane Barry on the main tour.
