Australians Raymond and Ky Smith will make history later this year as the first father and son duo to compete in the same World Darts Championship.
Ray secured his place at Alexandra Palace, for the second time in his career having competed in the 2018/19 event, after winning the 2021 DPA Satellite Tour Finals on Sunday with a 6-1 victory over Robbie King in the showpiece.
Ky claimed a debut appearance at the Worlds following his victory in Saturday's Oceanic Masters.
The 2021/22 PDC World Championships will begin on 15 December before finishing on 3 January.
