Defending champion Martin Adams breezed into the quarter-finals of the BDO World Championships tonight.
The Londoner, seeking a fourth title after wins in 2007, 2010 and last year, averaged a little more than 90 in defeating Gary Stone 4-0 at Frimley Green.
Adams told ESPN afterwards: "I take it round by round. Hopefully there will be players to push me and that's when I'll find out if I've still got it."
Paul Jennings was the first player to progress from the second round at Lakeside today, seeing off Steve Douglas 4-2.
He was joined in the quarter-finals by 27-year-old Dutch electrician Wesley Harms, who defeated Robbie Green 4-1.
Tony O'Shea won the day's final match, defeating Scotland's Ross Montgomery 4-1.
