Bugter, of the Netherlands Delta Cycling X team, remains second overall, 10 seconds behind Cyril Thiery of the Swiss national team, who finished in the bunch.

Damien Shaw of the Ireland Holdsworth Pro Racing Team is just a second further back in third, with Jake Gray sixth, 16 seconds off the pace.
