Paudi O’Brien of Osborne Meats/McCarthy Cycles won a bunch sprint to take the first stage of the four-day Kerry Group Ras Mumhan which started and finished in Killorglin on Good Friday.
The stage took in a 106 kilometers route around the Sliabh Luchra Region of East Kerry.
O'Brien finished ahead of Harry Tanfield of Cheshire JLT Condor and Dutch rider Bram Imming of WV Noord.
