Ireland's Martyn Irvine has claimed two silver medals at the Track World Cup in Glasgow.

Irvine finished behind Olympic Omnium champion Lasse Hansen in the final of men's individual pursuit on Saturday.

The Newtownards man's time of 4 minutes 22.745 seconds is a new personal best.

Irvine, 27, also finished in second place in the Scratch Race behind Switzerland’s Tristan Marguet earlier on Saturday.
