Irish cyclist Philip Deignan is set to move to the Lance Armstrong led Team Radioshack in 2011.
The 27-year-old made the headlines last year when he won a stage and finished ninth overall in the Vuelta a España.
He struggled with a virus this season when racing for Team Cervélo Test and ended his season by withdrawing from the Vuelta midway through the race.
But the Letterkenny rider recovered from that setback and has already begun his build-up for next season.
