Chris Newton, of the GB Team, won stage seven of the FBD Milk Rás today just pipping Ciaran Power of Team Ireland in a stage that took the riders from Arklow to Baltinglass. Power looks like repeating his win of 1998 as he has a lead of 4min and 2secs, ahead of the final stage, the 50 kilometre criterium in the Phoenix Park in Dublin.
