Philip Cassidy has won the 3rd stage of the FBD Milk Rás which took the riders over 156 kilometers from Nenagh to Killorglin. Cassidy just held off Ciaran Power to take the stage win and the pair were over 4.5 minutes ahead of the chasing pack which included Chris Newton, of the GB team who started the day in the leaders' yellow jersey. Power has now taken the overall lead.
