The 2002 FBD Milk Rás will finish in the Phoenix Park in Dublin, it was announced today. It is a break in tradition as the Rás usually finishes in a criterium stage in O'Connell St. The race starts at the GPO on Saturday the 19th of May before heading around Ireland over one week.
