Last year's FBD Milk Rás winner, Paul Manning, is to defend his title when the eight-day international cycle gets underway from the GPO in Dublin on the 19th of May. Manning, the first English rider to win the race, has been named by the British Cycling Federation to lead the British Team in a bid for the double.
The final line-up of foreign riders will be announced within the next week or two for the Golden Jubilee of the race.
