Two-times Giro d'Italia winner Ivan Gotti has been found guilty of doping offences.
A doping commission had found evidence of use of substances belonging to prohibited categories and blood doping.
Last year, Gotti won his second Giro d'Italia in three years after the shock elimination of Italian hero Marco Pantani for failing a blood test.
