Curtis Campher resisted for 259 balls in his 71 not out but Bangladesh wrapped up a 2-0 Test series victory over Ireland with a 217-run triumph in Dhaka.
Ireland were always up against it on the final day of the second Test, resuming on 176 for six in pursuit of a notional 509, but Campher and the lower order made sure Bangladesh's win was hard-earned.
While Campher proved immoveable, Bangladesh wrapped up victory in the 60th over of the day as Gavin Hoey was dismissed for 37 off 104 deliveries by Hasan Murad, who then bowled Matthew Humphreys first ball.
Ireland were all out for 291 as Murad finished with four for 44, while fellow slow left-armer Taijul Islam claimed four for 104, as Bangladesh claimed a first win in six Test series.
