Ireland's opening T20 international against Zimbabwe in Harare was abandoned after just one rain-reduced innings on Saturday.

After a delayed start, Zimbabwe posted 77 for five from their nine overs before the bad weather returned and denied Ireland the chance to chase.

Craig Young and Josh Little took two wickets apiece as Ireland dominated with the ball.

Ryan Burl top-scored for Zimbabwe with 36 from 18 balls after the hosts had initially been reduced to 11 for three.
