Ireland's second ODI with the West Indies was abandoned after 8.4 overs due to rain in Saint Lucia.

The contest was reduced to 20 overs a side following a delayed start, but the rain returned with Ireland 36 for five having been inserted to bat.

Aaliyah Alleyne took two for four, removing opener Amy Hunter and Rebecca Stokell, while Orla Prendergast’s unbeaten 13 top-scored for the tourists.

West Indies lead the three-match series 1-0 heading into Saturday’s final meeting, having won Monday's first meeting by 58 runs.
