Ireland's final game of the Women's World Twenty20 match ended in an eight-wicket defeat to New Zealand in Guyana.

Laura Delany's side, who have lost all four Group B matches, mustered only 79 for nine off their 20 overs, with Gaby Lewis the stand-out performer as she struck five fours to reach 39 off 36 deliveries.

New Zealand all-rounder Leigh Kasperek's right-arm off-spin yielded three for 19, while Lea Tahuhu and Amelia Kerr took two wickets each.
