Max Sorensen has been ruled out of the remainder of Ireland's tour of Zimbawe and Namibia.
The 29-year-old Hills all-rounder suffered a back injury and will return to Ireland immediately, missing the four-day game against Zimbabwe A which starts on Saturday, and the ICC InterContinental Cup clash with Namibia in Windhoek.
Stuart Poynter, who was originally due to leave the squad following the Zimbabwe leg of the tour, will replace Sorensen for the InterContinental Cup fixture, subject to approval by the ICC Technical Committee.
