The USA have handed pre-tournament favorites Ireland a shock defeat at the ICC Under-19 World Cup qualifying by 42 runs on Saturday.
Ryan Corns played a fine innings of 86 as the USA scored 217-6 in the allowed overs.
In the target chase, Ireland was bowled out for 175 as several Irish batsmen were caught in the deep while attempting big shots.
