Boxing: Joe Egan Competition

Boxing book and DVD to be won
Boxing book and DVD to be won

Be in with a chance to win the book 'Big Joe Egan', as well as the DVD 'Joe Egan - with The Toughest Men On The Planet'.

'Big Joe Egan' chronicles the life of the colourful Dubliner who is regarded as Ireland's best amateur boxing heavyweight.

Egan is a former Golden Gloves champion with a long and illustrious career that includes fights against eventual World Champions of the calibre of greats like Lennox Lewis, Steve Collins and Bruce Seldon.

Big Joe, as he was affectionately known, never did bridge that gap from top ranked amateur to the pro ranks of boxing's cruel jungle.

The reason why it never happened is the story of a big affable Irishman that never got the even rub of the green.

We have three signed copies of the book to give away.

We also have one copy of Joe's DVD to give away. Joe Egan - with The Toughest Men On The Planet features many of boxing's greatest names including Mike Tyson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Frank Bruno,  Jake La Motta, Evander Holyfield, Steve Collins, Barry McGuigan, Joe Frazier, Nigel Benn and Roberto Duran.

To be in with a chance of winning, you must answer the following question:

Who deposed Mike Tyson as the Heavyweight Champion of the World in Tokyo in 1990?
