North County won the Royal Liver Irish Senior Cup final at Castle Avenue in Clontarf today. North County batted first and scored 218 for the loss of 7 wickets in their 50 overs. Owen Morgan, Ireland's youngest ever player, got 70 of the total. Roger Whelan took 2 for 12 in his 10 overs for Railway Union. Union were all out for 146.
