Wexford bridged a 32 year gap to claim the National League Division One title at Parnell Park, when they defeated Tipperary 2-12 to 0-11.
The victory helped to crown a memorable day for captain Aoife O'Connor who delayed her honeymoon to lead out her side.
The final also capped a brilliant afternoon for full forward Una Leacy who bagged two magnificent goals before the break to yield her team a 2-6 to 0-5 lead at the changeover.
While Tipperary never lost heart, they couldn't break down a resolute Wexford rearguard.
The Slaneysiders also claimed the Division Two Cup following their defeat of Antrim who had only won the Division Three title 12 months ago, 2-10 to 0-11.
This was a ding-dong battle with the scores level no less than six times before the Leinster side pulled away in the closing quarter thanks to a 1-4 total contribution from Ciara O’Connor – one of three sisters on the team and a sibling to Division One skipper Aoife.
Antrim were best served by captain Jane Adams who returned eight points.
