Four years on from their last tour - the underwhelming 2-1 series loss to South Africa played behind closed doors during pandemic restrictions - the British and Irish Lions are back in Test action.
This time around it's Joe Schmidt's Australia who stand between the Lions and a first Test series win since 2013 - the last time they faced off against the Wallabies.
After an opening-game defeat to Argentina, the Lions have won five consecutive matches against Super Rugby and invitational teams without ever finding top gear.
There's a record eight Ireland players in the starting XV, and a further three on the bench.

It's always hard to call opening Tests in Lions series as the tourists have not been exposed to anything like the intensity expected when the action starts on Saturday morning at the 52,500-capacity Suncorp Stadium.
There's not much to be taken either from their loss to Argentina four weeks ago, given they were without a number of players and those who did feature hadn't much time on the training ground together.
The wins over Western Force, Reds, Waratahs, Brumbies and AUNZ XV were all achieved with varying degrees of competence but came at the cost of tour-ending injuries to Tomos Williams and Elliot Daly, while Garry Ringrose, Mack Hansen, Blair Kinghorn, Luke Cowan-Dickie have to sit out the opening Test, for which they are 12-point favourites.
The inclusion of eight Ireland players in the starting line-up is a record, with Tadhg Beirne having enough credit in the bank with Andy Farrell to justify his selection.

Backs Hugo Keenan, James Lowe and Jamison Gibson-Park are joined by Dan Sheehan, Tadhg Furlong, Joe McCarthy, Beirne and Jack Conan in the pack.
Scotland's Finn Russell, Sione Tuipulotu and Huw Jones form a familiar 10-12-13 combo, with Bundee Aki edged out to a place on the bench.
England forwards fill out the pack with Ellis Genge, captain Maro Itoje and Tom Curry, whose selection sees Josh van der Flier miss out altogether.
Replacements Rónan Kelleher and Andrew Porter bring the Irish tally to 11 of the 23. There is no Wales representative in the Test squad for the first time since 1896.
Australia, meanwhile, are without a number of big names. Powerful forwards Will Skelton, Rob Valetini and Langi Gleeson are ruled out with injury.
Western Force back row Nick Champion de Crespigny makes his debut, while 22-year-old out-half Tom Lynagh gets his first international start on his fourth cap.
Regular out-half Noah Lolesio was injured in the unconvincing win over Fiji two weeks ago and is another big loss for the hosts.
Exciting centre Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii is the key man for the Wallabies, who are ranked sixth in the world.
Former Ireland boss Schmidt knows more about the Irish contingent than most and the Kiwi will no doubt have something up his sleeve to upset the visitors' game plan.
It will be the 24th meeting of the teams, with the Lions winning 17 and losing six to date. The tourists have won seven series and lost two.

WHAT THEY SAID
Joe Schmidt (Australia head coach): "I don't know how much respect we’ve been shown. What I would say is we’ve been working hard. The respect we are trying to earn is from our supporters and the people who turn up to support us and (we want) to demonstrate to them that their support is really appreciated."
Andy Farrell (Lions head coach): "You've got to stamp your authority on the game and understand that it's not going to go swimmingly well all the time. How you react to that sort of stuff. How we are, physically and mentally, that's going to be the key."
