Eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao is to return to the ring after a two-year hiatus to take on Errol Spence Junior, the boxers said.
Pacquiao, 42, and his 31-year-old American opponent will face off in Las Vegas in August.
Both fighters announced the bout on their social media channels with the venue to be determined.
PacMan, who boasts a 62-7-2 record, last professionally boxed for the WBA (Super) welterweight title in 2019, beating Keith Thurman by split decision.
He later became a champion-in-recess due to his inactivity.
Spence has a 27-0 record and will defend his WBC and IBF welterweight titles.
