Donegal middleweight Jason Quigley has weighed in ahead of his first professional fight in Britain against Finland's Mathias Eklund in London on Saturday night.
Quigley, who hit the scales on just over 11st 9lbs, has spent all of his career fighting in the United States but the recent link-up with trainer Dominic Ingle has opened up even more avenues.
He is still promoted by Golden Boy in the US but will feature on the Matchroom Boxing show this weekend which is broadcast by Sky Sports and DAZN.
All four current middleweight champions currently operate under Matchroom or the broadcasting duo, giving Quigley the chance to push himself further into contention for a shot at the belt in front of variety of audiences.
He told IFL TV this afternoon: "It’s about taking one fight at a time of course but I’m ranked number five in the world now with the WBC and the perfect group of people is Matchroom Boxing, DAZN and Golden Boy for a middleweight.
"They have Canelo, Jacobs, Golovkin, Andrade. They own all the middleweights. It’s an exciting time for me. I could get get a call-up anytime because of my ranking.
"I want to hit the ground running on Saturday night and whether a world title shot come at the end of this year or next year, who knows?
"I’m in the perfect set-up and definitely looking forward to those fights."
Eklund, with a record of 10-1-2, failed in bid to win the WBO European Super Middleweight title last year in a first ever fight outside his home country, but travels to the Copper Box in Hackney looking to upset the odds.
Quigley, however, is looking to put on a performance to catch the eye, as well as for his supporters who finally get to watch him at least closer to Ireland.
"Everything is going great. I would love to keep fighting on this side of the water because it makes so much sense. I’ve been away from home.
"Now I’m finally a lot closer to home and I’m excited about it. It’s great for my fans and people to travel across the water than travel across the world."
