Gary 'Spike' O'Sullivan will fight in Castlebar on 7 December on the same bill as Ray Moylette’s WBC International title tilt.
O'Sullivan was last seen on the undercard of Gennady Golovkin vs Canelo Alvarez in September as he suffered a disappointing first-round defeat to David Lemieux, but will now swap the west coast of America for the west of Ireland.
Assassin Boxing said: "It’s an honour to work alongside Murphy’s Boxing and Goldenboy Promotions, and to have Spike O'Sullivan on our card.
"Spike is one of the country's most talented athletes and is an incredible ambassador for the sport and the country.
"To have him on the card is absolutely incredible."
Moylette's opponent has also been revealed.
Mexican Christian Uruzquieta (17-4-1) will be the toughest test for the Mayo man to date.
Moylette told the Mayo News: "He is a tough Mexican who will come to fight. That’s exactly what I need. He will bring the best out of me and the people of Mayo and Ireland will get treated to a fight. It’s a great omen for me too.
"I won my World gold medal in Mexico exactly 10 years ago. I think it’s only fitting that I beat a Mexican to get the world ranking spot up for grabs."
