RTÉ Sport will bring Irish viewers live coverage of the Women’s World Boxing Championships from Astana, Kazakhstan as Katie Taylor aims for a record sixth World title and qualification for the Olympics in Rio.
RTÉ One will have live coverage from the quarter-final stage onwards, assuming Irish boxers progress, with highlights each evening on RTÉ2 at 7.30pm.
Joanne Cantwell will be joined by Michael Carruth and Mick Dowling for the live coverage with commentary from Hugh Cahill and Eric Donovan with Evanne Ní Chuilinn reporting.
