It now seems certain that Katie Taylor will fight on the undercard of Andy Lee's WBO middleight title defence at Thomond Park on 19 September.
It was reported last week that talks were ongoing surrounding the London 2012 lightweight Olympic gold medallist's possible involvment.
And this morning a press event has been announced for Dublin next Tuesday at which Taylor will appear alongside Lee, with all indications being that her participation on the card will be revealed.
Lee fights Britain's Billy Joe Saunders in a bid to retain his WBO middleweight title in the evening's main event.
